Booking Policy:
- Advance Booking : Advance payment of ₹1,000 per person is required to confirm the seat
- Full Payment Deadline : Remaining amount to be paid 21 days before the departure date
- Booking Confirmation : Booking will be considered confirmed only after full payment is received
- Payment Modes : Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway link
- Late Payment Policy : In case of non-payment by the due date, the booking may be cancelled without refund of the advance
- Request : Any changes in the travel date or name should be informed at least 5 days in advance

Cancellation and Credit Note:
- 21 Days Prior: Cancellation 21 days before departure – 90% refund of total package cost
- 15 To 20 Days: Cancellation 15–20 days before departure – 70% refund of total package cost
- 7 To 14 Days: No refund applicable, but amount can be adjusted as a credit note for a future trip
- Less Than 7 Days: No refund applicable, but amount can be adjusted as a credit note for a future trip
- No Show Policy: No refund will be provided for unused services or if the trip is missed due to personal reasons
- Trip Transfer: Trip can be transferred to another person if informed at least 5 days in advance
- Refund Timeline: Refund or credit note (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval
